Introducing Seesaw at Heronswood Primary School

Seesaw is a simple way for teachers and pupils to record and share what's happening in the classroom. It gives children a place to document their learning, be creative and learn how to use technology.

Each child gets their own journal which they will add their learning activities to. This can be photos, videos, drawings or notes.  Teachers will make sure the posts you receive are for your child only.

When there are new Seesaw posts, simply open the app and find out about the exciting things your child has been up to at school.  Teachers will also upload different activities to complete for homework or as remote learning.

Seesaw gives you an opportunity to extend and celebrate your child's learning with them. 

How to access Seesaw at home: 
1. Download 'Seesaw Family' from the App Store or Google Play Store. Don’t have a smartphone? Sign up on a computer at app.seesaw.me. 
  1. Tap 'Create Family Account' and scan the QR code on the sheet that you are given from school.
 
  1. Follow the instructions on the sheet in your child’s diary.

 

Create your account to see your child's journal! Make sure to allow notifications to get real-time updates about new posts.
