Admissions

School Admissions 2024-2025

Applications for a school place should be made online at Worcestershire School Admissions.

Applications for school places - September 2025 - open on 1st September 2024 and close on 15th January 2025.

Offers will be made by the Local Authority in April 2025. 

 

If you would like to make an application after this time. The procedure for late applicants is as follows;

  • A PA1 form is made available to download from the School Admissions website
  • Alternatively, a PA1 form is available on request by telephoning Worcestershire School Admissions on 01905 822700.

 

If your child is due to start in Reception in September 2025 then now is the time to start visiting schools ready to apply on 1st September 2024.

Open Days - Come and visit our Tots, Pre-School and School during one of the upcoming open days:

  • Thurs 28th Nov 2024 - 10:00am - 6:00pm

  • Mon 26th Feb 2025 - 10:00am - 6:00pm

  • Thurs 22nd May 2025 - 10:00am - 6:00pm

 

During our open days, you can tour our school, meet with staff, ask questions, and get a feel for the learning experiences your child will enjoy as a pupil at our school.

Appeals

In the event of applicants not being admitted to the school, they may submit an appeal in writing, setting out the grounds on which the appeal is made, to the school within 20 school days of the date of notification of the refusal of a place.  Reasonable deadlines will be set for those making an appeal to submit any additional evidence. Those making an appeal will receive at least 10 school days notice for their appeal hearing. The appeal will be heard by an independent appeal panel and decision letters are sent within 5 school days of the hearing when possible.
