In order for Heronswood Pre-School to access your child’s 15 hour funding or 30 hour funding this form must be completed at the time of registration and handed back to the setting.

All children aged 3 or 4 are entitled to 15 hours free within our Pre-School setting.  Some children, due to their family circumstances, may be entitled to 30 hours free within our setting.  Please visit this government website to see if you are eligible.  https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/
